Methods of Contacting the Helpdesks
- Walk in to the Student Helpdesk in HT2-130 or up to the Employee Helpdesk service window in A-56 (Tech Area near the mailroom)
- Call the GCC Help Line at extension 5-3555: Select option 2 for the Student Helpdesk or option 3 for the Employee Helpdesk.
- Email the Helpdesks at their respective email addresses:
Student Information System Support
- Go to my.maricopa.edu to either chat with a helpdesk technician or to submit a helpdesk ticket.
- Call the GCC Help Line at extension 5-3555: Select option 2 for the Student Helpdesk or option 3 for the Employee Helpdesk - then select the option for Student Information System support.
Be sure to provide as much information as you can about the problems you're experiencing! That way, we can better troubleshoot and fix the problem.
Also, please note that routing information through the Helpdesks is a strategic intake process that is vital to the resolution of error reports, and the follow-through of GCIS customer service.
